3. What personal information do we collect?

We collect the following types of information:

3.1 Information we collect when you create an account, either directly on our website or through our telephone sales agents, or when sign up for our marketing communications
When you create an account with us, we will ask you for several pieces of information including:

4. Why do we ask for this information?

When you place an order online or through our telephone sales agents, we need your contact and payment information to enable us to take payment and fulfil your order. We also request your contact information and need your payment information when you shop offline with us in our shop or at events. You can browse our website without providing us with any of this information.

When you want to place an order via the website, we ask you to login or register so you can create a customer account, manage your preferences, view your order information and create wish lists. This information will then be available to retrieve from any of your devices.

You may also provide us with personal information via newsletter registration, product questions and reviews, survey responses or competition entries.

We will ask for or collect your information when you visit our shop or use our customer support services, including telephone support and instant messaging.

You do not have to give us permission in order to use our website.
